Point Loma
Point Loma (92106) is the site of the first landing of Europeans in California when they sailed up the coast from Mexico in 1542. It is the home of the Cabrillo Monument Park, honoring Rodriquez Cabrillo and his crew who first landed here, and of the Point Loma Lighthouse. Views for the 63,000 plus residents are of either the ocean or the San Diego skyline. Some may even have both.
