- Complete Multiple Listings Service form
- Input listing into Multiple Listing Service computer
- Place sign on property
- Put Lock Box on property
- Coordinate showing instructions with tenant if necessary
- Visit properties for sale in the area
- Place flyers at the property
Week #2
- Distribute flyers to the local realtors
- Attend Multiple Listings Service marketing session to make oral presentation to realtors about property
- Check on any repairs or clean up to be completed by the seller
- Follow-up on all the showing
- Update seller on any activity
Week #3
- Verify Multiple Listing Service listing detail (price, terms, bedrooms, baths, etc.)
- Check curb appeal
- Distribute flyers in neighborhood where applicable
- Visit any new and similar properties for sale in the area
- Follow-up on any showings
Week #4
- Follow-up on any showings
- Contact top 100 agents in the area
- Update Seller on showings
Week #5
- Follow-up on all showings
- Review marketing activity
- Review advertising to date
Week #6
- Evaluate activity, price and terms with sellers to adjust accordingly (by phone or meeting)
- E-mail flyer to hundreds or prospective buyers generated through my web site
- Follow-up on all showings

After two months if the listing hasn’t sold I will reevaluate the marketing plan and approach. I will continue to repeat these steps until the property has sold each week giving the seller updates on showings and progress. I will also offer advice on a quicker sale.
